Returns Policy
You may return unused package quantities within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. Just let us know so we can email you a return label from sales@oilseals.biz
You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of Metric Oil Seals receiving your returned goods. If you need to return an item, simply package the items with a copy of the packing slip you received when the order arrived to you, if you have lost the packing slip just put a note with your contact information in case we have questions and so we will know who to credit for the return. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've processed the returned item
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*USPS Priority is $12.95 to 24.10 based on dollar amount of order
*FedEx 2-3 day is $14.60
